Proper nutrition and health affects and defines the health ofall people. It helps us grow, develop, work, play, and resistinfections. Malnutrition makes people more vulnerable to diseaseand premature death.

Macronutrients include proteins, fats, some minerals, water andcarbohydrates. These are needed on a daily basis in largequantities. Micronutrients are vitamins and some minerals. Theyare also required daily but in smaller doses. The FDA providesguidelines for a healthy diet and nutritional requirements. Itis important to know that nutritional requirements vary based onage, weight, sex, height and physical activities.

One of the first steps to eating healthy is to choose foods thatcontain a low percentage of saturated fat. This will help thebody to decrease the level of blood cholesterol. It is difficultto eliminate the intake of saturated fat at once, but it can bedone gradually. Another action is to incorporate fruits andvegetables to your diet because they have a high fiber level.

Remove most breads, cereal, rice and pasta and replace them withfruits and vegetables. You should add cheese, milk, yogurt, meat, poultry, beans, eggs and nuts in small quantities. Fats, oils and sweets should be kept to a minimum. If you follow ahealthy balanced diet, you can live a more productive andhealthy life. More at http://www.phentermine-xenical-4you.com
